Set realistic goals first
Right after you sign up, go to Goals and set targets for Sales, Gross Profit $, Car Count, and Billed Hours. Pick numbers you can actually hit — your gauges pace against these, so a goal that’s out of reach just makes the dashboard discouraging instead of useful.
Update it every day
Enter your numbers manually or upload your Hacker Tracker report daily. Daily updates are what make the pacing accurate and keep your coach current on how you’re actually doing — not just at the end of the month.
Keep it accurate
Garbage in, garbage out. Accurate daily numbers are the only thing that makes the coaching useful — take the extra minute to get them right.
